Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Erie Basement Waterproofing Pros (eriebasementwaterproofingpros.com), published by Linkstone Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, calling the number shown on it or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Referral Service Only

We are not a contractor. We do not inspect, repair, waterproof or perform any work on homes. We connect homeowners with independent contractors who are not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

No Endorsement or Guarantee

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing, licensing, insurance, pricing or results of any contractor's work. Any warranty is offered by the contractor alone. You are responsible for checking a contractor's credentials, including their Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration, and for reviewing any contract before you sign it.

Information on This Site

Content on this site is general information, not professional, engineering or legal advice. Price ranges are broad estimates for planning and are not quotes or offers. Actual prices are set by contractors after an inspection.

Your Requests

You agree to give accurate information and to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to act for. By submitting a request, you agree that we may share it with a contractor who may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit false, abusive or automated requests, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Linkstone Digital LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any work performed, or not performed, by a contractor you were connected with.
